“ Superb ramen place. We had their signature ginger infused ramen which was delicious, the ginger flavoured soup blended perfectly with the pork base. We also had their dry ramen with bonito flavor, which was absolutely amazing. The huge piece of pork belly was heavenly. Orders are placed at a vending machine and presented to the chef. Condiments such as chilli sauce and 2 different flavored oils are available. Overall a solid 5 star rating. ”

“ This was a good ramen place where you order a kiosk and present your ticket to the staff behind the corner. They have a couple types of oil to garnish your ramen with at the counter, and you can also order extra toppings at the kiosk. The pork was a little thinner than your average ramen place, but overall, it tasted good. ”

“ I’d never tried aburasoba before and just popped in here thinking it was a regular ramen shop on my way to the station after hours of browsing Nakano Broadway. I’m so grateful I did, as I’ve found a new favorite dish. The broth was so rich and delicious, but you only get enough to wet the perfectly-chewy noodles. The onsen egg was the standout, definitely mix it in to thicken everything up, and once you’re done with the solids you can ask for rice to soak up what’s left. Absolutely scrumptious. The two young fellas serving were very helpful when I clearly didn’t know how to use the ticket vending machine, and the shop itself is a cozy little spot. Will definitely be back. ”
